Account Manager (IMS)

We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Account Manager (IMS) to support an Australian-based certification and compliance organisation. In this role, you will manage client relationships throughout the audit and certification process, ensuring seamless communication, timely audit scheduling, accurate record management, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

This is a full-time onsite role based at MSY Tower, Pescadores Road, Cebu City.

Your Client:

You will be working with an Australian-based certification body that provides auditing and certification services across various industries. The organisation helps businesses achieve and maintain internationally recognised management system standards while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a proactive Account Manager who can effectively manage client accounts, coordinate audit activities, and support long-term client retention through exceptional service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Essential Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, Operations, or a similar client-facing role.
Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
Strong experience coordinating schedules, appointments, projects, or service delivery activities involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation using CRM systems or business management platforms.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to identify issues proactively and coordinate timely resolutions.

Desirable

Experience working within certification, compliance, auditing, quality management, professional services, or similar industries.
Experience using Salesforce, SharePoint, or similar CRM and document management systems.
Experience coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
Understanding of ISO certification processes and management system standards.
Experience working with Australian clients or international business environments.
Exposure to invoicing, billing coordination, or accounts administration functions.

Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:

Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the certification and audit lifecycle.
Coordinating and scheduling audits by matching client requirements with appropriately qualified auditors.
Reviewing account information and sales handover documentation to ensure completeness and compliance prior to audit scheduling.
Maintaining accurate records of client communications, audit schedules, documentation, and milestones within Salesforce and SharePoint.
Providing clients with regular updates regarding audit progress, timelines, and next steps.
Collaborating with auditors to obtain additional information, evidence, or clarifications when required.
Escalating complex client concerns or operational issues to the Director of Operations for resolution.
Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing concerns to support long-term retention.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on client service delivery processes.
Coordinating auditor travel and accommodation arrangements where required.
Issuing client invoices in a timely manner following audit completion.
Reviewing auditor invoices and approving them for payment processing.
Ensuring confidentiality, impartiality, and compliance in all client interactions.
