We're currently partnering with an award-winning integrated creative agency that supports one of the world's largest financial services organizations. The agency delivers integrated campaigns across digital, web, social, email, print, presentations, and advertising while collaborating closely with creative teams based in both New York and London.

They're looking for a Senior Integrated Designer who combines exceptional craft, strong production skills, and the ability to work independently inside a fast-paced agency environment.

About the Role

This is not a traditional branding or identity design position.

We're looking for a Senior Integrated Designer who enjoys creating high-quality campaign assets across multiple channels while working within sophisticated enterprise brand guidelines and design systems.

You'll primarily support one global financial services client, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across the US and UK. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on campaign execution and production, while 40% involves creative concept development, depending on the volume of incoming briefs.

Although you'll work within established brand guidelines, there is plenty of opportunity to elevate the creative, challenge existing solutions, and continuously improve the quality of the work.

This role requires someone who enjoys ownership, works proactively, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers polished creative work with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute integrated creative assets across digital, web, email, social media, advertising, presentations, print, and campaign collateral.
Translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready deliverables.
Own projects from concept development through final delivery.
Produce print-ready artwork while following technical production specifications.
Package final files accurately and without errors.
Become a trusted brand guardian across multiple business units while working within established design systems.
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Client Services, and international creative teams across New York and London.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing changing priorities and tight deadlines.
Communicate proactively through Microsoft Teams and email, following up independently whenever necessary.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve creative execution and overall design quality.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 3–6 months, successful candidates will:

Become fully comfortable with the agency's workflows and creative processes.
Confidently apply complex enterprise brand guidelines across multiple business units.
Deliver consistently high-quality, detail-oriented creative work with minimal revisions.
Build trust with Creative Directors and Client Services teams through reliability and proactive communication.
Successfully manage multiple fast-moving projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer within a creative, advertising, or integrated marketing agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital, print, web, presentations, email, advertising, and social media.
Experience working with large international or enterprise brands.
Excellent understanding of print production, artwork packaging, and production-ready file preparation.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). Figma experience is a plus.
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong design craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed international teams.
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Nice-to-Haves

Previous experience working with financial services, enterprise, or highly regulated industries.
Experience supporting global or Fortune 500 brands.
Experience working across both concept development and production design.
Previous experience working with US or UK creative teams.
