Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-minded Head of Partnerships to build, activate, and scale our reseller ecosystem. In this leadership-driven role, your primary focus will be activating strategic agency, technology, and channel partners who resell our services to their own client networks.

You will own the end-to-end partner journey—turning new and existing reseller relationships into consistent, high-performing revenue channels.

Core Responsibilities

Partner Activation & Revenue Growth: Lead the strategy and execution to get reseller partners actively selling our solutions; drive time-to-first-sale down across new accounts.
Relationship & Channel Management: Serve as the strategic lead for agency and channel partners, building high-trust relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Enablement & Training: Train partners’ sales and account management teams on how to position, pitch, and cross-sell our automated solutions to their clients.
Co-Selling & Pipeline Support: Work alongside partner teams on high-value deals, assist with pitch strategies, and help overcome technical or sales objections.
Collateral & Strategy Development: Collaborate on the creation of partner battle cards, co-branded decks, pitch guides, and go-to-market strategies tailored for resellers.
Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define channel KPIs, track pipeline and revenue generated through partners, and regularly report metrics to executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

Partnerships Leadership: 4+ years of proven success leading partner programs, channel sales, agency partnerships, or reseller enablement (SaaS or B2B tech environment preferred).
Time Zone Alignment: Located in LATAM or North America (or able to reliably work full-time during standard US business hours).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience taking partner programs from zero-to-one or significantly scaling reseller revenue.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable pitching and negotiating with founders, executives, and sales leads.
Autonomous & Remote-Ready: Comfortable operating independently in a 100% remote environment as a full-time contractor.
