Main requirements:
Mandatory requirement to have experience with Foundation works for Wind turbines. Wind turbine more than >4MW type.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred, but extensive on-the-job experience may also be considered.
Experience: minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction management, with proven experience in a leadership capacity on civil projects involving earthwork, concrete, or infrastructure.

Professional skills:
An advanced understanding of construction methodologies, civil engineering drawings, building codes, and safety regulations (e.g., SN RKs).
The ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and make timely, informed decisions under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools (e.g., CAD software. 3D models. MS Office), and other technology is highly valued.

Main responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating between the project management team, subcontractors, and field staff.
Oversee all daily construction operations, including work methods, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure a smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
Enforce job-site safety protocols and quality standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications and building codes.
Supervise, mentor and provide direction to civil crews, general foremen, and other on-site personnel.
Manage and schedule subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and that materials and equipment are delivered on time.
Work with project construction managers to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, tracking costs and productivity to ensure financial goals are met.
Identify and resolve on-site issues, schedule conflicts, and other challenges that arise during the construction process.
Act as the main liaison between all project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and field staff. This includes holding regular site meetings.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports, and submit them to upper management.
Cultivate positive working relationships with project team, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Interface and communicate with QC department regarding all site inspection and perform the activity as per company and client Quality procedure.
Interface, communicate and monitor with HSE department in relation of PTW, safety meeting, safety toolbox, safety site walk-round and safety site instruction/improvement/suggestions of all site team.
