About the Role

This role exists to help us capture demand we already have. We are sitting on a substantial backlog of warm leads and a proven, repeatable sale — when the phone gets worked, deals close. What we need are driven salespeople who will get on the phone, run high volumes of calls with discipline, and convert that pipeline into revenue.

You will start on the front line: reaching out to prospects, qualifying them, and either transferring hot opportunities to a closer or (as you ramp) closing them yourself. This is a genuine growth seat. Our sales path runs from fronting to closing to sales leadership, and we promote the people who produce. We are not looking for someone who wants "a job." We are looking for someone who wants to build a career and treats this book of business like their own.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Engagement

Work through a high volume of outbound calls daily to a backlog of warm and previously interested leads
Re-engage older leads and consistently generate new live conversations
Deliver our value proposition clearly and confidently over the phone

Qualification & Live Transfers

Identify buyer intent quickly and qualify prospects against fit and budget
Execute clean live transfers of hot prospects to closers with full context
Maintain strong momentum so no qualified opportunity goes cold

Sales Execution & Closing (Growth Track)

As you ramp, own deals end-to-end — from first conversation to signed sale
Handle objections and negotiate across both personal-use buyers and higher-value business accounts
Consistently hit and exceed individual and team targets

Pipeline & Follow-Up

Keep the CRM current with accurate notes, statuses, and next steps
Run disciplined follow-up so committed prospects are not lost to inactivity
Track your own activity and conversion metrics and use them to improve

Team Contribution & Growth

Collaborate with the sales manager and teammates to raise the whole team's output
Take coaching well and apply it fast
Grow into closing and, over time, help build and lead the team

Required Qualifications

2+ years of outbound phone sales, telesales, or high-volume calling experience
Clear, neutral, professional spoken English that lands well with a U.S. customer base
A proven track record of high call activity and hitting sales targets
Comfort with a base-plus-commission model and genuine motivation by upside
Resilience and consistency — the ability to sit down, work the phone, and push through a full shift
Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet work environment, and a headset
Availability for the full 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern shift

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to U.S.-based customers
Background in high-ticket, consultative, or intangible-product sales
Exposure to both B2C and B2B selling
Experience with CRMs and auto-dialers
Telecom, wireless, or subscription sales experience
