As the Paid Creative & Media Manager, you’ll own paid strategy on Meta and TikTok, including TikTok Shop, and the creative that runs on it. Success isn't measured on in-platform ROAS; it's measured on incremental revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Chewy, DTC and retail.

Pet Honesty

Pet Honesty is a leading pet health and wellness brand dedicated to helping pets live healthier, happier lives. As the business continues to scale, we are investing in a best-in-class consumer acquisition engine that connects data, creative, and media more effectively than ever before.

What You Will Do

As the Paid Creative & Media Manager, you'll be hands-on in the ad accounts every day: building campaigns, reading results, and turning what you learn into the next round of creative. Reporting to the Chief Growth and Brand Marketing Officer, you'll keep the pixels and conversion signals clean, prove concepts fast on TikTok Shop, scale the winners across platforms, and show that the spend was incremental.

Responsibilities:

Build and own the paid media plan and budget across channels, funnel stages and storefronts, reallocating spend weekly on incremental results and planning for tentpoles such as Prime Day, Black Friday and new product launches.
Own results on Meta and TikTok, including TikTok Shop GMV spend, boosting and Spark Ads, and set the account structure, bidding, audience and testing standards you run yourself.
Run a continuous creative testing roadmap across hooks, angles, formats, UGC, creator and partnership ads, briefing the in-house creative team, video editors and creators, and making creative yourself when speed matters.
Turn top creator and affiliate content into paid social, move winning creator ads from TikTok to Meta and beyond, and secure content usage rights to scale the program.
Own pixel and conversion signal health on Meta and TikTok (Pixel, Conversions API, Events API, event match quality) and tag Amazon-bound traffic with Amazon Attribution to maximize Brand Referral Bonus.
Own an incrementality-first measurement framework, including blended MER, geo-holdout and conversion lift tests, and post-purchase surveys, and quantify the halo of paid social on Amazon organic sales, branded search, Chewy and retail.
Report to leadership in business terms (incremental revenue, new-to-brand purchases, blended MER and branded search lift) and share winning messages with Brand, Amazon and Retail so what we learn in paid shows up across the business.

Who You Are

You're insanely curious and data oriented, and you want to understand the nitty gritty of why an ad worked. You're a hands-on paid media operator ready for a level up: owning performance across marketplaces and retail, not just DTC. You're a creative thinker who uses performance data to shape the creative you make and the creative you brief, and you're fluent in blended economics across channels, including MER, contribution margin and incrementality. You partner easily with Amazon/retail media, DTC, Brand Marketing, Creative, Finance, Business Intelligence and Demand Planning.

Qualifications:

3+ years managing paid media hands on.
Recent, hands-on ownership of Meta ad accounts; you built and ran the campaigns yourself, not through an agency or analyst.
Hands-on management of TikTok Shop GMV spend and boosting, not just Spark Ads.
Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and signal quality.
Hands-on incrementality testing, such as geo-holdouts and conversion lift.

Nice to have:

Experience scaling a paid affiliate or creator program, including securing usage rights.
Experience driving off-Amazon traffic to Amazon (Amazon Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus).
Working knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud audiences and media mix modeling.
