Empowering People. Unlocking Sales Performance.

Project Coordinator

Beirut, Lebanon · Hybrid · Full-Time · Operations

About the Role

Worktales is a Beirut-based commercial advisory and sales performance firm working with organisations across the MENA and GCC regions. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to keep our client engagements running on time, on scope, and fully documented — from Diagnostic kickoff through Development and Delivery. You'll be the connective tissue between our commercial, operations, and delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling and logistics across client engagement phases
Maintain CRM records: client activity logs, engagement status, and task tracking
Support proposal, SOP, and deliverable document assembly and version control
Track engagement milestones and flag delays or scope risks to leadership
Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
Maintain client folders and documentation per internal standards

Must-Haves

2–4 years of experience in project or operations coordination (professional services, consulting, or agency environment preferred)
Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
Strong organisational and documentation discipline
Comfortable working with CRM and productivity tools

Nice-to-Haves

French language proficiency
Experience in a small or early-stage company environment
Exposure to sales, consulting, or B2B professional services delivery

What We're Looking For

Someone currently working as an Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or junior Account Manager at a consulting firm, agency, or professional services company — comfortable being the person who chases updates, keeps things moving, and owns a process end to end. You thrive with ownership in an unstructured, early-stage environment rather than a rigid corporate one.
