THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

Our client, a leading Fortune 500 company, is looking for a commercially minded Dealer & Product Development Coordinator to join its Head Office team. You’ll be right in the mix, supporting dealer network development, analysing performance, keeping a close eye on market trends and product performance, coordinating training, and helping ensure the network consistently delivers against brand standards. Your input will directly contribute to dealer growth, stronger performance and an even better customer experience. What you need to bring to be successful: a degree or Diploma in Business or Marketing Management, 5–8 years of experience in the motor dealership or commercial vehicle industry and solid exposure to dealer network operations and development. You’ll need a strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market, with experience in market research, dealer performance analysis and business improvement initiatives. Exposure to training coordination and standards compliance will be advantageous. Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. You’ll also need advanced Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.

NOTE: The flexibility to travel extensively, both locally and cross-border, when required is essential.

Job Requirements

Matric Certificate
A Business or Marketing Degree or Diploma
A valid Drivers License
5–8 years of experience in the motor dealership or commercial vehicle industry and solid exposure to dealer network operations and development
Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market
.Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
The flexibility to travel extensively, both locally and cross-border, when required
Stable work history
