You will be working for our client, a fully distributed law firm that is built by former Big Law attorneys focused on delivering high-quality legal services at a more flexible, cost-effective model. They work with startups through established companies on corporate, M&A, financing, and commercial matters, and are now looking for someone to run their content engine and lend a hand on the sales side of the business.

In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Own and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, and podcasts (about 70% of the role)
Work directly with partners to turn their expertise into content people actually want to read or watch
Use AI-powered tools like Riverside and Claude (including Claude Code) to produce and repurpose podcast and video content into clips, posts, and newsletter features
Manage HubSpot as the CRM, including newsletter sends, data entry, and day-to-day sales admin (about 30% of the role)
Build and execute the marketing strategy and calendar while coordinating outside vendors
Research and pursue speaking, podcast, and event opportunities for the firm's partners

Skills you have 🚀

Senior-level experience in content marketing, comfortable owning a content program end-to-end with minimal oversight
Excellent writer and editor, comfortable turning complex business or legal ideas into clear content
Experience with AI-powered content tools such as Riverside and Claude for lightweight editing and production
Working knowledge of HubSpot as a CRM and newsletter platform
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple content projects and vendors at once
Comfortable with sales-adjacent admin work and data entry
