In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Run end-to-end Managed Services projects, this is the primary focus of the role, for high-touch clients (campaign execution, reporting, and ongoing project management)
Provide customer support and regular check-ins for lower-touch, self-serve SaaS clients as a secondary responsibility
Manage a portfolio starting around 10 accounts (2-3 managed services) and scaling toward 25-30 as the program grows
Act as the main point of contact for client relationships, driving retention and satisfaction (this is a client management and delivery role, not a sales/new-business role)
Own and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline, use Jira to track and document account/project work, and use Slack and Zoom daily to communicate with clients and the internal team.
Work independently to develop account strategy and hit KPIs without close oversight

Skills you have 🚀 (Must-have)

Hands-on agency experience: you've run agency/managed-services-style projects for clients end-to-end (project management, campaign execution, strategic direction), not just supported them from the client side;
Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM), Slack, and Zoom
Advanced/high-level English fluency, written and verbal, comfortable leading client-facing Zoom calls
Self-driven with strong ownership and curiosity, able to operate independently without micromanagement

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese in addition to English
Experience in influencer marketing, media, or the creator economy
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to troubleshoot and self-solve day to day.
