High Ownership

You take responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks. When you identify a problem, you work toward the solution.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate is a high-performing, intellectually curious Executive Assistant who thrives when operating at a fast pace and supporting a demanding executive.

They should be comfortable receiving an objective rather than a detailed set of instructions and figuring out the best way to accomplish it.

This person should have a history of success and achievement, whether demonstrated through career progression, increasing responsibility, academic performance, measurable accomplishments, or other evidence of high performance.

The candidate should be able to:

Keep up with a fast-moving executive.
Work independently with minimal hand-holding.
Communicate exceptionally well in writing.
Exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Manage competing priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
Take ambiguous projects and turn them into organized, completed outcomes.
Anticipate problems before they become problems.
Maintain extremely high standards for accuracy and detail.

Core Values & Culture Fit

Culture fit will be a critical part of the selection process. The successful candidate must demonstrate genuine alignment with the company's core values:

Credibility
Build trust through integrity, reliability, sound judgment, and consistently following through on commitments.

High Achievement
Set ambitious standards, take ownership of results, and demonstrate a history of meaningful accomplishment.

Intellect
Think critically, learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and solve problems independently.

Relationships
Build strong, respectful, and lasting professional relationships.

People Oriented
Treat colleagues, clients, partners, and stakeholders with respect while contributing positively to the broader team.

Why This Role Matters

This role will directly increase the CEO's capacity by taking ownership of the administrative, logistical, communication, and project-management responsibilities that compete for his attention.

The successful candidate will become a trusted operational partner to the CEO, creating leverage through exceptional organization, judgment, communication, and follow-through.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Executive Assistant who wants to work closely with senior leadership, take on increasingly complex responsibilities, and prove their ability to operate at a very high level.
