Schedule: Monday – Friday (Minimum 5-hour daily overlap with U.S. Core Business Hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced, analytical, and hands-on Senior B2B SEO Specialist & Web Operations Lead to take complete ownership of our organic growth initiatives.

This is a crucial, full-time, remote offshore role designed for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SEO. In this role, you will not only define high-level organic strategy but also roll up your sleeves to execute—driving results across off-site link building, technical/on-site optimization, AI search optimization, and day-to-day WordPress web operations.

You will have the autonomy to own key initiatives from day one and will be directly responsible for proving their ROI through data and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end SEO strategies tailored specifically for B2B clients and complex funnels.
Execute high-impact off-site link-building campaigns to acquire authoritative, contextual backlinks.
Pioneer and apply cutting-edge AI search optimization practices (AIO/GEO) to ensure client visibility across AI-driven search engines and answer engines.

2. Technical & On-Site SEO

Audit, guide, and implement technical and on-site SEO best practices across web assets.
Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexability, schema markup, and metadata to maximize rankings.

3. Content Strategy & Optimization

Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to align editorial calendars with target search intent and conversion goals.
Assist with writing, editing, or refreshing SEO-optimized copy where appropriate.

4. Web Operations & Technical Site Hygiene (Section 6)

WordPress Management: Perform routine updates, maintain site security, and manage WordPress plugins to ensure site stability.
Content Publishing: Format, schedule, and post blog articles, landing pages, and web assets using best practices for formatting and visual presentation.
On-Page Metadata Adjustments: Directly update and optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1-H6), image alt text, and URL structures.
Link Maintenance & Redirects: Audit site health regularly to identify and fix broken links, implement 301/302 redirects, and resolve crawl errors.

5. Reporting, Analytics & ROI

Analyze performance data using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and GA4 to prove the ROI of SEO initiatives.
Present clear, data-driven reporting that translates organic search metrics into business performance for stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications & Ideal Profile

Required Experience & Core Skills

Experience: 8+ years of dedicated SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth for B2B clients.
Off-Site & Link Building Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in white-hat backlink acquisition, guest posting, and digital PR, with a firm command of authority metrics (Domain Authority, Domain Rating, Trust Flow).
AI Optimization Exposure: Practical experience optimizing content and sites for modern AI search engines, answer engines, and LLM-driven discovery.
Web Operations & WordPress Proficiency: Direct hands-on experience managing WordPress environments—installing/managing plugins, setting up 301 redirects, fixing broken links, adjusting page metadata, and formatting blog posts.
Fluent English Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English, necessary for technical documentation, client reporting, and potential content editing.
Tech Stack Mastery: Power-user fluency in SEO and web tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, WordPress, Yoast/RankMath).

Desired Skills (Preferred)

Strong copywriting and editing ability, with a portfolio of published, ranking content.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting front-end page layouts.

Work Structure & Schedule

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: Must maintain a minimum of 5 hours of daily overlap with core business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. time zone), Monday through Friday.
