Review and validate project scope alongside the Project Design Desk and other Project Engineers
Keep daily time entries and status reporting up to date, and check in regularly with the Project Manager
Create and update technical documentation during and after each project
Provide ad hoc support and mentoring to more junior technical resources when needed

Skills you have 🚀 (must-have)

5+ years in an infrastructure (not application) IT support role, including experience delivering full projects independently or in a lead capacity

Hands-on experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS), not limited to a single specialty
Comfortable managing several concurrent projects across different clients at once
Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working directly with clients
Self-motivated and adaptable, able to ramp up quickly with minimal onboarding time
Advanced English proficiency

Skills that will make you stand out 💥(nice-to-have)
