Consultant in Adult Interventional Cardiology / Coronary Care - Saudi Arabia

Green Barns Health is recruiting experienced Consultant Cardiologists specialising in Adult Interventional Cardiology and/or Coronary Care for current medical opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The current requirement is for appropriately qualified cardiologists with relevant specialist experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Coronary Care.

The Opportunity

Consultant-level Interventional Cardiology / Coronary Care appointments
Approximate total monthly package: SAR 50,000-67,000
Tax-free salary in Saudi Arabia
Initial one-year renewable contract
Renewable for up to a maximum of 10 years, subject to applicable terms and conditions
48 working hours per week
Paid annual leave of 22 working days or 30 calendar days, as applicable
Additional contractual benefits will be confirmed as part of the final employment package

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must hold a recognised postgraduate medical qualification or board certification equivalent to the Saudi Board.

Recognised qualification routes may include:

American Board certification
UK or Ireland recognised specialist qualifications, including relevant Royal College qualifications with CCT
Other recognised equivalent board certifications

Please note: European Board certificates alone are not accepted for eligibility purposes.

Candidates holding recognised board or specialist qualifications from the UK, Ireland, USA, Germany, Australia or Canada require 3–5 years of post-specialty experience.

Candidates holding other recognised European specialist qualifications require 5-7 years of post-specialty experience.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced Consultant Cardiologists currently practising at Consultant level, with established specialist expertise in Adult Interventional Cardiology and/or Coronary Care, recent relevant clinical practice, appropriate professional registration, a clear specialist career history and genuine interest in relocation to Saudi Arabia.

Working Hours & On-Call

The working requirement is 48 hours per week.

On-call duties will be determined according to the operational requirements of the hospital. On-call frequency will not normally exceed one in every three days.

Locations

Opportunities will primarily be available across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al-Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Abha and Jazan.

These locations offer strong infrastructure and access to international airports, international schools, shopping and family amenities.
