Senior SOC Analyst (SOC L4)

Redherd is recruiting a Senior SOC Analyst / SOC L4 for a permanent, Johannesburg-based opportunity. This is a senior hands-on role covering complex incident response, proactive threat hunting, threat modelling, playbook development and detection improvement. You will manage incidents from initial detection through containment, remediation, recovery and lessons learned, while providing technical guidance to other analysts. Strong Microsoft Sentinel, SIEM/SOAR, network security and practical threat-hunting experience are required. The position follows a hybrid model, normally requiring three days on-site, with increased attendance potentially required during onboarding.
