Assist in preparing proposals, reports, findings, and presentation materials for internal teams and clients.
Communicate project information clearly to team members, stakeholders, and client representatives.
Support a wide variety of facilities and project-related assignments as business needs change.
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with project and facilities leadership.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of AutoCAD/CAD experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to read, update, and work from facility drawings and floor plans.
Comfortable performing field measurements and verifying physical site conditions.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Ability to collect, organize, and present data accurately.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
Willingness to perform both desk-based and field-based responsibilities.
Ability to adapt to a wide range of facilities and project support assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting facilities management, space planning, construction, engineering, or workplace projects.
Experience performing quantity take-offs from drawings.
Experience working with JCI OpenBlue is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
PMI or PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is humble, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This individual should be comfortable taking on a variety of assignments rather than operating within a narrowly defined project management role.

Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in CAD, be comfortable working in the field, and have the ability to support senior facilities leadership with accurate drawings, measurements, reports, presentations, and project information.
