About the Role
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, science-driven startup. You will manage key administrative operations while contributing to strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional communication, helping increase the efficiency and effectiveness for the Head of Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and schedules for for the Head of Partnerships
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Support strategic and operational projects driven for the Head of Partnerships
Assist in managing company priorities, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain the CRM database with new leads, updates, and tasks
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination
Improve internal processes, tools, and operational workflows
Draft and edit communication materials for internal leadership and external partners
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role in a fast-growing environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Experience supporting senior leadership and managing cross-functional tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs
Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms
Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
Bonus: Experience in health-tech, biotech, or science-focused environments
