About Us

We are a specialized AI and automation consultancy delivering custom technical solutions, workflow automations, and AI integrations for high-growth clients on an ongoing basis.

We sit at the intersection of strategy and technical execution. We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Forward Deployed Engineer who can understand complex business problems, identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation, and rapidly turn those ideas into working solutions.

This person does not need to be the engineer who takes every solution all the way through production. Instead, they should be technically strong enough to independently prototype, make sound architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with our broader engineering team when a validated solution needs to be hardened or scaled.

What You Will Do

Client Discovery & Problem Solving: Work directly with client stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, business objectives, and underlying operational challenges — often going beyond the initial request to identify the real problem worth solving.
Rapid Prototyping & Solution Development: Quickly turn ideas into functional prototypes, AI workflows, automations, integrations, and lightweight applications using code, APIs, AI-assisted development tools, low-code platforms, and existing internal modules.
Solution Design & Technical Judgment: Translate business needs into practical technical approaches, balancing speed and simplicity with an understanding of what would be required to productionize or scale a successful solution.
Client-Facing Technical Leadership: Build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly explain approaches and tradeoffs, and help clients understand where AI and automation can create meaningful business value.
Partner with Internal Teams: Work closely with Account, Product, and Engineering teams to define scope, validate solutions, and transition successful prototypes into more robust implementations when appropriate.
Build for Reuse: Document learnings and contribute reusable workflows, integrations, prompts, code, and solution patterns that can accelerate future client work.

Who We Are Looking For

Strong Technical Fluency: Comfortable working with APIs, databases, automation platforms, AI tools, and modern development environments, with enough hands-on ability to independently turn ideas into working prototypes.
Rapid Builder Mindset: Able to use tools such as Python, AI-assisted coding platforms, n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar technologies pragmatically — choosing the fastest reliable path to validate an idea rather than over-engineering.
Business & Product Judgment: Able to understand how a client operates, ask thoughtful questions, identify root problems, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
Strong Client Communication: Comfortable leading technical conversations with US-based clients and executives, explaining complex ideas clearly, and building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with Ambiguity: Able to operate effectively when requirements are incomplete, priorities evolve, or the path to a solution is not immediately obvious.
High Ownership: Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking a problem from initial discovery through a working solution with limited hand-holding.
Relevant Background: We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Product Engineering, Implementation/Integration Engineering, AI & Automation Consulting, or other hands-on technical roles with meaningful client exposure.
Time Zone Alignment: Able to maintain meaningful overlap with US business hours and participate reliably in client meetings.
