Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Employment Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor (20 hours/week)

Work Model: Remote

Work Hours: US Business Hours alignment (Midwest / US Central time zone alignment required)

Role Overview

We are seeking an articulate, persuasive, and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in South Africa to lead outbound phone conversions for high-value prospective clients. Operating via our GoHighLevel CRM, you will be responsible for rapidly contacting "cart abandoner" leads generated from our successful Red Light Therapy Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, conducting warm consultative calls, and booking in-office consultations.

In this role, you serve as the critical human bridge that turns lost digital traffic into active, high-ticket clinic clients. By replacing automated text-only follow-ups with timely, warm phone conversations, you will educate prospects on our introductory $47 promotional offer, guide them toward $147 follow-up session packages, and book qualified appointments for our clinic team to upsell into high-value treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Lead Recovery & Outbound Calling

Rapid Lead Outreach: Contact warm "cart abandoners" and prospective leads generated from Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns immediately upon intake.
Consultative Phone Conversations: Conduct phone outreach using provided call scripts to explain the benefits of Red Light Therapy, overcome objections, and deliver a polished sales message tailored to a Midwest US audience.
Package Promotion: Convert lead inquiries into initial $47 single-session promo purchases and introduce the $147 three-session add-on package ($194 total potential initial value).

2. Appointment Setting & Funnel Optimization

Consultation Booking: Schedule qualified prospects directly onto the clinic provider's calendar for in-office visits and treatment consultations.
No-Show Prevention: Execute systematic pre-appointment confirmation calls and reminders to ensure high show-up rates for scheduled clinic visits.
Direct Revenue Capture: Engage prospects directly over the phone to capture 100% of purchase revenue internally before leads fall out of the digital funnel.

3. GoHighLevel CRM Pipeline Management

CRM Operations: Manage active lead pipelines, call logs, and contact statuses daily inside GoHighLevel.
Pipeline Tracking: Document detailed interaction notes, follow-up dates, and conversion outcomes to ensure zero warm leads are left uncontacted.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A warm, neutral, North American-friendly spoken accent suited for seamless phone interactions with Midwest US clients.
Phone Sales & Appointment Setting Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, lead recovery, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role with a track record of converting warm leads into booked appointments.
Script Execution & Persuasion: Ability to follow structured sales scripts naturally while maintaining an empathetic, consultative, and non-pushy phone presence.
CRM Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar sales/marketing automation platforms.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding spoken and written English skills with exceptional listening and objection-handling abilities.
Schedule Alignment: Availability to work consistent part-time hours (20 hours/week) aligned with US business hours (Midwest/Central time zone focus).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in medspa, health & wellness, elective medical, or high-ticket consumer services phone sales.
Background in converting digital ad leads or e-commerce cart abandoners over the phone.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Lead Contact Velocity: Reaching new cart-abandoner leads within target response windows.
Call Conversion Rate: Successfully converting phone contacts into paid promotional bookings and multi-session upsells.
Booked Consultation Volume: Meeting or exceeding weekly targets for scheduled, confirmed in-office consultations.
