Account Executive (Full-Cycle) — US SaaS

Location: Remote Employment type: Full-time IC Hours: US business hours (Eastern/Central time zone overlap) Compensation: USD base salary + uncapped commission

About the Company

We are a rapidly growing U.S.-based technology company building the leading software platform for regenerative medicine clinics. Our product replaces the patchwork of disconnected tools these clinics rely on with one connected system — front office, CRM, patient portal, and AI assistants — so clinics attract more patients, deliver a premium patient experience, and run at a fraction of the operating cost.

We work exclusively with regenerative medicine, from single-practitioner practices to multi-location clinic networks across North America and Latin America. The platform is HIPAA-compliant by design, and we operate as a true technology partner to every clinic we serve, not just a vendor.

We are scaling our sales function and building out an international sales team. You would be joining early, with an existing team member already in South Africa and room to grow as the region expands.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle sales role. You own the entire process end to end: sourcing and generating your own pipeline, running discovery, demoing the platform, and closing deals. You are not waiting on marketing to hand you leads — you are building your own book of business and turning it into revenue.

The role exists because we have clear product-market fit and demand that outpaces our current sales capacity. We need a self-directed closer who can hunt, sell consultatively to clinic owners and physicians, and consistently move deals from first touch to signed contract. If you are energized by owning a number and building pipeline from scratch, this is that role.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting

Research, identify, and source your own prospects across the regenerative medicine market
Run targeted outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, social) to book qualified meetings
Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline that supports your quota

Discovery & Demos

Run consultative discovery calls to understand each clinic's operations, gaps, and revenue goals
Deliver tailored, compelling demos of the platform that connect features to clinic outcomes
Position the product against the prospect's current tools and manual workflows

Closing & Deal Management

Own negotiation and closing, guiding prospects from proposal to signed agreement
Manage the full sales cycle with urgency and disciplined follow-up
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

Keep the CRM accurate and current across every stage of the funnel
Forecast pipeline reliably and communicate risks and progress clearly
Track activity and conversion metrics to continuously improve your own performance

Collaboration & Feedback

Partner with leadership and the existing sales team member to refine messaging and process
Relay market and prospect feedback to product and marketing to sharpen positioning

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally at a U.S. technology startup or SaaS company
Demonstrated track record of self-generating pipeline and closing business against quota
Direct experience selling to U.S. customers and working U.S. business hours
Strong consultative selling skills, comfortable running discovery and product demos
Excellent spoken and written English
Proficiency with a modern CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Reliable home office setup: stable high-speed internet, quiet environment, professional call presence

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS or vertical software
Experience selling into healthcare, medical, dental, or clinic-based businesses
Experience selling to SMB owners, operators, or founders (as opposed to large enterprise procurement)
Familiarity with faster-velocity, mid-market deal cycles

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are:

A true hunter — you would rather build your own pipeline than wait for leads
Self-directed and disciplined, able to own a number without close supervision
Consultative and credible with senior buyers, including clinic owners and physicians
Resilient and comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage sales team
Coachable, feedback-driven, and always looking to improve your conversion
Organized and rigorous with CRM hygiene and follow-up
