Email Designer

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a leading US-based company—fully remote.

Passionate about e-commerce and the culinary world? Dive into an opportunity with a vibrant direct-to-consumer brand that's reshaping the cooking industry. You’ll join a pre-IPO premium cookware brand headquartered in Los Angeles, with a global footprint across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, retail and international channels. This is a design-led company redefining its category through product design, performance and brand-led commerce.

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Email Designer to bring world-class, on-brand execution to the touchpoints that keep customers coming back. You’ll be the design engine behind the retention and lifecycle work — turning approved concepts and direction into polished, production-ready assets for email, SMS, loyalty, subscription and post-purchase moments across DTC and international markets.

Working closely with the Senior and Lead Designers and the retention/CRM team, you’ll focus on production, consistency and efficiency — making sure every send is pixel-perfect, on-brand and built to convert. You love systems, detail, and the craft of turning a creative concept into a modular template a whole team can move fast with. And you take pride in being the final QA before anything reaches a customer’s inbox.

What You'll Do

Create and adapt design assets across retention channels — email, SMS, loyalty, subscription and post-purchase — translating approved concepts into production-ready deliverables.
Work within established design systems to keep visuals cohesive across lifecycle flows and campaigns.
Maintain and refine Figma libraries, ESP templates and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.
Build and iterate on modular frameworks for recurring retention needs: welcome, winback, replenishment, sales events and product drops.
Collaborate with Senior Designers, the retention/CRM team and other stakeholders to bring briefs to life through elevated execution.
Deliver creative variations and format adaptations based on performance data, segment or platform needs — optimized for performance, accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
Prepare final assets for handoff to the ESP and dev team with accurate specs and clean file organization.
Own visual QA across email, SMS and on-site retention surfaces — layout integrity, rendering, typography and alignment — as the last check before anything reaches a customer.

What You Bring

3–5 years of design experience in DTC, e-commerce or agency environments.
A strong portfolio showing sharp visual design, marketing campaign execution and cross-channel versatility. Retention, lifecycle or email work is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite — motion or animation experience is a bonus.
Solid command of typography, layout, color theory and composition.
Experience working from established brand systems and guidelines.
Organized, detail-obsessed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Familiarity designing for email and SMS within an ESP (Klaviyo or similar), including modular templates and responsive inbox rendering, is a strong plus.
Bonus points for packaging or print workflows, and for experience in e-commerce or consumer goods.
A love of food and cooking is a plus — though definitely not required to thrive here.
