Textile Technician

Our client is a venture-backed manufacturing startup building advanced automated production facilities in the U.S. They are seeking a hands-on Textile Technician – Knitting Specialist to support the development and scale-up of advanced textile manufacturing operations. This role sets up, operates, monitors, and troubleshoots high-speed circular knitting equipment producing tubular knitted fabrics. You'll manage yarn feed, tension, stitch settings, machine adjustments, fabric quality, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. 3+ years of textile manufacturing experience with strong hands-on circular knitting experience and experience managing multiple machines. Monarch and/or Vanguard experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of yarn feeding, tension control, needle/sinker systems, and fabric defect troubleshooting preferred. Austin, TX | 100% onsite | 1st shift, approx. 7am–3:30pm | OT/weekends as required
