Sr. Electrical Engineer

Our client is a venture-backed manufacturing startup building advanced automated production facilities in the U.S. They are seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to own electrical development of large-scale industrial manufacturing equipment from system architecture through build and commissioning. This hands-on role spans electrical component selection, custom PCBA design and bring-up, PLC-based controls integration, schematics, wiring, and shop-floor troubleshooting. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; 5+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience; custom PCBA design, schematic capture, layout coordination, and board bring-up experience; and industrial controls experience including PLCs, motors, VFDs, and power distribution.
