Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and project controls activities for a major ADNOC Offshore project involving modular fabrication/construction. The role requires a strong hands-on understanding of integrated EPC planning across Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Load-out/Offshore interfaces. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and control the integrated EPC schedule using Primavera P6. Lead project planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting. Monitor critical and near-critical paths and identify schedule risks. Develop Level 3/4 schedules and short-term look-ahead plans. Integrate Engineering, Procurement and Construction priorities with the modular fabrication sequence. Monitor fabrication progress, productivity and key project milestones. Identify schedule delays and develop mitigation/recovery plans.
