Creative Designer (Static + Video)

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

You'll join the growth marketing team behind ILIA, Kosas, Thrive Causemetics, Dedcool, bobbie and Posh Peanut — premium consumer brands where the design bar is high and the performance bar is higher. Founded by an operator who has managed over $300 million in media spend, the agency runs on one conviction: growth marketing shouldn't dilute the brand. Your creative ships live, at spend, in front of millions.

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who thinks like a marketer first. You’re not just making things look good — you’re making things convert. You’ll own creative production across paid ads and retention channels for a portfolio of fast-moving ecommerce clients.

You catch your own mistakes. You never send something through with a typo in the headline, a misaligned element, or a placeholder left in. Detail isn’t a trait you’re working on — it’s just who you are.

What You'll Do

Static ads at volume. Design and produce high-volume static graphic ads across Meta, TikTok and Google Display — prospecting hooks through retargeting formats, all of it.
Video. Edit and produce video ads from existing footage and client assets — Reels, Stories, TikToks, UGC-style edits.
Motion. Create animated ad content from existing assets — motion graphics, short loops and dynamic formats built to stop the scroll.
Every format. Build creative across feed, story, carousel and display while adapting to each brand’s established visual identity.
Iteration on data. Refine creative based on performance data, in close partnership with media buyers.
Email. Design email templates and campaigns in Klaviyo — flows, launches, seasonal sends, promotional.
Design systems. Build modular email design systems that operators and clients can work within.
SMS and push. Produce supporting assets — banners, GIFs and product edits from existing material.
Multiple brands at once. Follow each brand’s style guide so the ad content feels native to their web and social presence.
Pixel-perfect standards. No errors, no misalignment — nothing obviously wrong ships from you.
Reviews. Participate in creative reviews, iterate fast, and take feedback without ego.

What You Bring

3–6+ years in performance creative at an agency or in-house at a premium DTC consumer brand.
Direct experience with premium consumer brands and a proven ability to adapt design to brand style guides — your ad content feels native to the brand.
A strong portfolio showing both static and video work. Bonus if it includes before/after performance context.
Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Fluent in DTC ecommerce creative — you know what a Meta conversion ad looks like versus a brand awareness play.
Email design experience (Klaviyo strongly preferred) — you understand render constraints, dark mode and mobile-first.
Obsessively detail-oriented: spelling, sizing, alignment, brand guidelines. You catch it before it ships.
Fast without cutting corners. We move quick and you keep up without letting quality slip.
Comfortable working async across a fully remote team.

Nice to Have

Experience designing within a creative testing framework — hook variations, format testing, angle exploration.
Familiarity with performance metrics: you know what CTR, ROAS and CVR mean and how they relate to your work.
Canva or template-based design experience for quick-turn deliverables.
Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and similar) as a supplement to production workflow.

Salary & Perks

Competitive Pay: We hire top talent and compensate accordingly, depending on experience.
Work with premium DTC brands at the intersection of performance and brand.
A tight-knit, high-performance team that takes creative seriously.
This is a full-time, long-term engagement with room to grow.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
100% remote and async-friendly — work from wherever you do your best thinking.
