You will leverage AI-assisted content tools to streamline ideation and drafting while bringing senior-level editorial judgment, strategic thinking, and brand alignment to every deliverable.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned copywriter and content strategist with a deep understanding of direct-response marketing logic, project management workflows, and funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Copy Strategy

Develop high-converting copy for direct-response landing pages, sales funnels, ad campaigns, email nurture series, and digital promotional materials.
Map out end-to-end content strategies aligned with key audience segments, buyer personas, and campaign conversion goals.
Craft engaging headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to specific traffic channels and audience intent levels.
Maintain strict brand tone, voice, and positioning guidelines across all client assets.
Conduct target market and competitor research to inform strategic messaging choices and unique selling propositions.
Analyze existing creative assets and collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize copy performance.

AI-Enhanced Content Development

Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to accelerate content ideation, research, outline generation, and initial draft creation.
Refine, edit, and elevate AI-generated content to ensure human tone, nuance, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Build, maintain, and optimize custom prompt libraries to maximize content production efficiency without compromising quality.
Stay up-to-date on emerging AI content methodologies to continuously improve output speed and execution quality.

Develop multi-touch email sequences, including onboarding, abandon cart, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns.
Partner with media buyers and graphic designers to ensure copy and visual assets align seamlessly across paid media ads.
Ensure clear, action-oriented messaging that guides users smoothly through every stage of the conversion pipeline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Workflow Management

Manage content pipelines, project deliverables, and deadlines within ClickUp to maintain optimal workflow tracking.
Partner closely with account managers, media buyers, and design teams to execute aligned multi-channel initiatives.
Build out email marketing workflows, landing page copy structures, and customer tracking sequences using Go High Level.
Review content performance metrics with campaign leads to iteratively test and refine copy angles.

Quality Assurance & Editorial Standards

Perform thorough editing, proofreading, and quality checks on all outgoing written content.
Ensure all messaging complies with relevant industry guidelines, platform policies, and client specifications.
Standardize copy review processes to uphold quality while maintaining high-volume output.
