As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for a commercially driven Export Sales Manager Europe to accelerate growth across key European markets.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing sales, market presence, and strategic partnerships across European markets outside the Nordics, and including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, and Austria.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role combining strategy with execution. You will develop markets, strengthen distributor and key account relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute market growth strategies across Europe.
Build and manage distributors, key accounts, OEM partners, retailers, and e-commerce customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Negotiate and execute commercial agreements and annual business plans.
Drive sell-in, sell-through, profitability, and market share.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans together with marketing and product teams.
Lead country expansion and market development projects.
Represent Baltic at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and performance reporting.

Your Profile

You are commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently across international markets. You combine strategic thinking with a strong “get it done” mentality.
We are looking for someone with:

Proven international sales and business development experience.
Experience managing distributors and strategic accounts in Europe.
Background in marine, outdoor, sporting goods, PPE, safety products, or premium consumer brands.
Strong negotiation, account management, and go-to-market capabilities.
Experience driving both sell-in and sell-through growth.
Strong project management and commercial planning skills.
Marine industry knowledge and an established network are highly desirable.

You are results-focused, structured, collaborative, internationally minded, and passionate about developing premium brands representing a mindset where success is created when the product have reached the consumer.

Your Background

You bring international sales experience from a premium marine, outdoor, sporting goods brand, or similar.
You understand how to grow a premium brand through European distributors, marine chandlers, specialist retailers, sporting goods chains and e-commerce partners. Your experience combines strategic account development with hands-on market activation, driving both sell-in and sell-through.
Experience in marine safety or watersports is essential, together with a strong understanding of the relevant distribution and retail channels. You have a proven ability to develop international markets, build strong commercial partnerships and turn growth plans into measurable results.
