HIGH VOLUME USED CAR SALES EXECUTIVE
Northern Suburbs
Western Cape
Competitive Package + Excellent Unit Bonuses + Strong Earning Potential

See the customer. Read the opportunity. Close the deal. Move the metal.

This is not traditional used-car retail.

Our client operates a large, exceptionally fast-moving used vehicle operation where stock changes constantly, customers expect quick answers and good deals don’t sit around waiting for tomorrow.

They’re looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive who thrives on volume, pace and the adrenaline of closing business.

You’ll need to be quick on your feet, sharp with customers and confident enough to recognise when someone is ready to buy — and then get the deal across the line while the opportunity
is still hot.

This is a volume game

Customers arrive ready to shop.
Vehicles move quickly.
Decisions happen fast.

Your job is to build rapport quickly, understand what the customer wants, identify the right vehicle and turn that interest into a signed deal.

This environment rewards the salesperson who is visible, energetic, competitive and constantly looking for the next opportunity.

If you’re accustomed to selling 8–10 vehicles a month and waiting for the next lead to land on your desk, this probably isn’t your environment.

If you want to sell serious volume and earn accordingly, keep reading.

What we’re looking for

Proven used vehicle sales experience
Strong closing and negotiation ability
A genuine track record of producing high sales volumes
Excellent customer-engagement and relationship-building skills
The instinct to identify serious buyers and move quickly
Highly energetic, competitive and target-driven
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced sales environment
Strong follow-up and lead-management ability
Resilient and able to maintain momentum through long, busy trading days
Willing and able to work weekends and retail hours
Stable employment history with contactable references
Valid driver’s licence

The reality of the role

We’re not going to pretend this is a nine-to-five job with leisurely coffee breaks.
The days can be long. Weekends form part of the working environment. The floor is busy and you’ll need the stamina to keep performing when the dealership is at its busiest.

But for someone who loves selling, that’s also where the opportunity lies.

Strong performers are rewarded with excellent unit bonuses, so the salesperson capable of producing real volume has the opportunity to build very attractive earnings.

Who will excel here?

Someone with:
A quick eye for opportunity.
Fast feet when a customer arrives.
And the closing ability to make sure they don’t leave without a deal.
If the customer is ready, the stock is available and the deal makes sense — why wait until tomorrow?

If you’re a genuine high-volume used-car salesperson who enjoys pace, competition and the opportunity to earn from every unit you move, we want to hear from you.
