We operate a premier commercial production studio, equipment rental, and specialty vehicle fleet servicing the entertainment and commercial film production industry.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing & Content Coordinator to take complete ownership of our social media channels, content pipeline, and digital marketing workflows.

This is a full-time, highly execution-oriented role for someone who understands social-first content, possesses a keen visual eye, writes polished marketing copy, and thrives on initiative. You will manage content creation from raw footage to finished post, coordinate email campaigns, update websites, and maintain an organized marketing calendar.

While initially focusing on our flagship studio brand, this full-time role will expand over time to manage the content strategy and marketing execution across our sister rental brands under the same holding group.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Creation

Calendar Management: Build, own, and maintain the master content and marketing calendar across all active brands.
Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—including drafting, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
Asset Transformation: Gather raw photos, video clips, and project details from on-site production teams and turn them into polished, social-first content.
Short-Form Video & Design: Edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and video clips, and design clean, professional graphics using Canva or Adobe Suite tools.
Copywriting: Write compelling social captions, headlines, promotional copy, and email newsletters.

2. Digital Marketing & Brand Coordination

Email & Website Updates: Help manage email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and execute regular website content updates via CMS platforms.
Paid Digital & Vendor Support: Assist with paid social and Google Ads initiatives, collaborating with or managing external creative or digital marketing vendors as needed.
Events & Merchandise: Coordinate branded swag, promotional materials, industry activations, and trade event presence.
Performance Tracking: Track key social and digital metrics to identify high-performing content types and optimize ongoing marketing efforts.
Cross-Team Project Management: Proactively follow up with internal team members to gather assets, keep campaigns on track, and ensure marketing momentum remains consistent.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

Experience: 2 to 4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience creating and publishing content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and video-first platforms.
Design & Editing Skills: Proficient with Canva (or Photoshop/Illustrator) and comfortable using video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editors) for short-form video production.
Copywriting & Communication: Flawless written and spoken English fluency with strong copywriting skills and a sharp eye for visual aesthetics.
Proactive Ownership: High agency and a problem-solving mindset—comfortable reaching out to team members for raw media, following up on deadlines, and working independently.
Schedule Alignment: Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US business hours (PST/EST overlap) in a quiet, dedicated home office.

Preferred (Big Pluses)

Experience in film production, commercial studios, camera/equipment rentals, entertainment, or related creative/industrial B2B sectors.
Basic familiarity with paid media, Google Analytics, or email marketing automation.
