Key Responsibilities

Creative Briefing: Write 4 to 6 detailed video and static ad briefs per week tied to clear hypotheses, angles, and conversion copywriting principles.
Production Management: Oversee creative handoffs to external video studios and Figma design partners, review returned assets against briefs, and manage revision loops.
Asset Deployment and Operations: Quality check and upload finished ad assets, maintaining the internal creative operations and tracking systems.
UGC Creator Management: Source, brief, and coordinate User Generated Content creators to build a steady pipeline of authentic visual assets.
Data-Driven Iteration: Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPA, CVR, CTR, and hook rates to generate actionable insights and inform weekly strategy.
AI Tool Integration: Utilize and test emerging AI tools to expand creative quality, speed, and volume.

Performance Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of what drives successful paid social ads, visual hook structures, and direct-response mechanics.
Metric Literacy: Confident evaluating performance metrics (CPA, CVR, CTR, hook rate) to translate data into creative iterations.
AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve creative problems, generate ideas, and refine production output.
Operational Detail: Highly organized with a strong commitment to checklists, file naming conventions, and workflow management.
Schedule Alignment: Ability to provide at least 5 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
