Mobile HVAC / Facilities Technician

We’re looking for a well-rounded HVAC Technician who can do more than just HVAC. This mobile role supports multiple commercial facilities, handling HVAC service along with light plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
Handle light electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs
Maintain mechanical, structural, fire/life safety, and building systems
Travel between approximately 20–30 customer locations
Complete service calls while staying within an 8-hour workday whenever possible
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of HVAC experience
Commercial HVAC experience preferred
EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Hands-on experience with light plumbing and electrical
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working independently and traveling between locations
Non-union position
