Lead maintenance planning, asset reliability and maintenance team performance across underground mining plant and equipment, with responsibility for preventative maintenance, shutdown planning, fleet availability, compliance, budgets, inventory and continuous improvement. Candidates with 5–10+ years' mining or heavy industry experience, an electrical trade qualification, strong underground metalliferous mining exposure, and demonstrated maintenance leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
