Chief Engineer, Machine Development

Our client is a venture-backed manufacturing startup building advanced automated production facilities in the U.S. They are hiring their first Chief Machine Development Engineer to own the development and industrialization of in-house production machinery from concept and prototype through high-volume production. This is a hands-on technical and people leadership role. You’ll set the technical direction for machine development, own system-level architecture and integration, and build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline required. 15+ years of experience designing and delivering complex electromechanical or process-equipment systems required.
