Pay Range: $2,500 - $3,000/mo (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Work Location: REMOTE

Client Overview

We are a full-service podcast and multimedia production company working with global brands, tech companies, and media teams to create content that always finds its audience.

To fully embody our values, we look for and empower team members who are:

Left & Right Brained: Combining creativity with systematic problem-solving
Ambitious: Growth-oriented and self-directed
Community-Driven: Building community through authenticity, inclusivity and transparency

Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Client-Facing to own marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands-on, generalist marketing role: you’ll own audience strategy and discoverability for a portfolio of branded podcasts, and lead marketing in client meetings.
This is a remote role open to candidates based outside the United States, with the ability to work US time zones.

You'll work closely with US-based teams, so strong written and spoken English, comfort leading client conversations independently, and ability to attend client meetings in US time zones are essential — this is not a behind-the-scenes execution-only role.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Serve as the marketing lead in client strategy meetings for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
Lead client meetings, check-ins, and quarterly/strategy reviews — presenting plans, performance, and recommendations directly
Translate client goals and briefs into clear marketing strategies and measurable campaign plans
Manage scope, timelines, and expectations proactively, flagging risks before they become problems

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop multi-channel marketing strategies (earned, owned, social, paid, Youtube) tailored to each client's audience and objectives
Build campaign plans with clear goals, target audience, channel mix, budget, timeline, and KPIs
Use market research, competitor analysis, and audience data to inform strategic recommendations
Continuously refine strategy based on performance and changing client priorities

Audience and Discoverability

SEO/AEO audience-intent analysis
YouTube thumbnail templates and A/B tests
Editorial pitching and award submissions
GTM decks: develop, launch, and manage campaigns across channels
Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and on-brief
Act as the last line of quality control on anything going out the door to a client

Reporting & Analysis

Build and present clear, regular performance reports that translate data into insights and next steps
Use analytics tools to track performance and surface optimization opportunities
Proactively identify risks and opportunities within campaigns and bring them to clients and leadership
Tie every metric to the client's business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with creative, content, and production teams to align on briefs, timelines, and deliverables
Support sales/business development on scoping and proposals for existing and prospective clients
Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and best practices as the marketing function scales

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or campaign management
Agency or consultancy experience managing multiple clients
Direct client-facing experience: presenting strategy, leading meetings, and owning the relationship
Proven track record executing multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning through reporting
Strong digital marketing fundamentals: SEO/AEO, YouTube and content strategy
Advanced/professional English proficiency, written and spoken — comfortable leading calls, presentations, and written communication independently with English-speaking clients
Expected to work US hours

Bonus Experience

Experience in entertainment, media, gaming, or podcasting (or an entertainment-adjacent industry)
Agency experience, especially managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
Experience presenting to senior or executive-level client stakeholders
Hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar), including budget management and optimization

Desired Characteristics

Enjoys client management: Builds trust quickly and enjoys building and managing a variety of client relationships
Strategic: Starts from the client's business objective, not the channel or tactic
Data-driven: Comfortable moving between strategy conversations and campaign dashboards
Organized and detail-oriented: Can manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and budgets without things slipping
A proactive communicator: Over-communicates rather than under-communicates, especially important across time zones and a remote setup
Resourceful and self-directed: Comfortable owning a client relationship with limited day-to-day oversight

Additional Details

Flexible PTO policy and paid sick time
Full-time, remote independent contractor role
