Most injector roles hand you an established clinic and ask you to run it someone else's way. This one is a blank page, and you'd be the one setting the standard.

At a glance

$50 to $60 per hour depending on experience, plus commission and super
Permanent full time on a fortnightly rotating roster, with three or four days considered
New clinic, Adelaide eastern suburbs, trading Wednesday to Sunday
Start mid November, ahead of the opening

What's in it for you

The clinical calls are yours. The owners are business people, not clinicians, and they won't tell you how to inject. You set the protocols and shape the treatment offering
Support behind you. Prescribing, clinical governance and ongoing education come through an established national cosmetic medicine platform, so there's doctor oversight from day one
Set up to succeed. A purpose built three room fit out in a medical precinct, a marketing team behind you, and referral relationships with the practices in the building already in place
First in, with more to come. A second site is already in planning, and you'd mentor the nurses who come on as it grows
Weekends that pay. You're not working every weekend, and weekend shifts pay more

The role

Leading the injectable side from day one, full face anti wrinkle and dermal filler with needle and cannula, building full face treatment plans rather than treating area by area, and becoming the face of the clinic in one of Adelaide's most affluent pockets.

What you'll need

AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least two years of cosmetic injecting, including cannula
Strong facial anatomy, patient selection and complication management
Commercial awareness. Consultation, conversion and rebooking matter here

How to apply

This search is being run personally by Michelle Mexted at Aesthetics Recruitment Australia. A lot of the people I place weren't looking when we first spoke, so if you'd rather have a quiet conversation before applying, call me on 0439 248 885. Everything is confidential and nothing goes to the clinic until we've spoken and you've agreed.
