Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning operator managing a growing portfolio of regional cleaning brands across the U.S. Built on a model of high-touch service, operational speed, and recurring subscription plans, the company delivers reliable, high-quality cleaning solutions to homeowners and commercial property managers.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to convert inbound leads, manage multi-market scheduling, and grow recurring subscription revenue. As the primary point of contact, you will handle phone, SMS, and email inquiries, manage job bookings, and follow up with prospective clients to maximize monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Field incoming customer calls, messages, and digital inquiries promptly, driving conversations toward active bookings.
Sell weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning plans to maximize long-term client retention and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
Address client questions regarding pricing, cleaning packages, service scopes, and scheduling options.
Conduct proactive follow-up calls and messaging sequences for prospective leads who have not yet booked.
Apply persuasive sales techniques to handle objections, build buyer trust, and overcome purchasing hesitations.
Book, confirm, and reschedule cleaning appointments accurately across three primary U.S. regional markets.
Optimize dispatch schedules and job routing within Fieldd software to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Coordinate with field teams and clients when schedule adjustments, special requests, or unexpected delays arise.
Maintain clean, real-time schedule visibility to prevent double-bookings, route gaps, or delayed services.
Track bookings, new recurring client acquisitions, lead drop-offs, and MRR metrics using Google Sheets.
Investigate and resolve customer issues or service concerns calmly, professionally, and independently.
Maintain clear, organized customer records, account notes, and communication logs within Quo and internal tools.
Collaborate directly with company leadership via Slack to report daily performance metrics and discuss growth strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement: English (fluent written and verbal)

Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in phone sales, inside sales, lead conversion, sales support, or high-volume customer care.

Proven track record of conducting outbound follow-up calls, managing lead pipelines, and closing sales over the phone.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, resourceful attitude when addressing unexpected issues.
High level of self-motivation and initiative—capable of driving results without requiring constant direct supervision.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace equipped with a noise-canceling headset.
Availability to work full-time hours aligned with standard U.S. business hours.
