About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, highly persuasive Recruitment Consultant based in South Africa to join our internal team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle, acting as a true talent advisor to our clients while driving strong candidate pipelines.

You will be responsible for sourcing high-caliber global talent, pitching standout candidate profiles to hiring managers, and managing client relationships with speed, assertiveness, and precision. Working U.S. CST hours, you will serve as the engine of our talent fulfillment process, ensuring pipeline velocity and securing successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Pipeline Management

Drive Process Momentum: Act as a talent consultant, managing client expectations on market velocity, compensation, and candidate availability.
Proactive Candidate Submissions: Frame candidate profiles with total conviction, highlighting key metrics, strengths, and differentiators to drive immediate client action.
Follow-Up & Urgency: Maintain strict follow-up schedules with clients (M/W/F touchpoints), driving specific binary calls-to-action (CTAs) to schedule interviews and lock in offers rapidly.
Pipeline Visibility: Maintain accurate, real-time records of candidates, client interactions, and interview stages within the CRM.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Targeted Sourcing: Execute outbound sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards) to identify top-tier passive and active talent.
Candidate Screening: Conduct rigorous screening calls to evaluate technical skills, soft skills, compensation expectations, and culture fit.
Candidate Experience: Position roles accurately, manage candidate timelines, and build candidate trust to prevent drop-offs during active hiring processes.

Interview & Offer Coordination

Schedule Management: Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules across international time zones without friction.
Debriefs & Next Steps: Lead post-interview debriefs with clients to collect feedback, lock in next steps, and maintain deal momentum.
Offer Facilitation: Confirm salary, start date, and contract terms with clients, extend formal offers to candidates, and assist through onboarding.

What We Are Looking For

Resilient & Persuasive: Able to position candidate value with conviction and navigate client pushback effectively.
Disciplined Remote Worker: Self-motivated, highly organized, and thriving in an independent, remote environment.

What Success Looks Like
