Good with clients? Great with people? We’ve got a seat for you. You’ve proven you can fill the tough reqs, and now you’re ready to lead the recruiters who do it. As our Client Services Director, you’ll become the strategic partner our clients rely on while helping a talented team do their best work.

Creative Alignments

Creative Alignments is changing the way companies think about recruiting. We believe hiring should be transparent, collaborative, and centered around long-term partnerships, not transactions. Our mission isn't to sell recruiting, it's to help growing companies solve business problems through great talent.

Rather than forcing every client into a single recruiting model, we build solutions around their unique goals and hiring challenges.
● Embedded hourly recruiting partnerships
● Long-term fixed-fee recruiting solutions
● Customized recruiting strategies designed around business objectives

For nearly two decades we've partnered with innovative companies across technology, better-for-you food & beverage, consumer products, health & wellness, climate & sustainability, manufacturing, and purpose-driven industries. We're a Certified B Corporation, a perennial Best Place to Work, and a team that genuinely enjoys building something special together.

What You Will Do

The CSD is responsible for leading a team of 4 to 8 recruiters on client projects. This includes partnering with the Client Services’ team (Managing Director, CSDs, Recruiters, Operations) to plan and organize resources, set project goals, take ownership for project challenges while creating solutions, and track project success. The CSD is expected to be highly consultative and influential, able to perform a variety of functional tasks, work within a team environment, and exhibit a commitment to our team and clients.

The CSD is also responsible for managing the recruitment efforts and hiring process for our clients, including supporting the intake/kickoff process with hiring managers as needed, brainstorming with recruiters to develop recruitment strategies, helping to establish realistic expectations, and developing relationships with client contacts on a regular basis for both the short and long term. The majority of the CSD’s time is spent managing people and clients, nurturing and growing client relationships, process and other miscellaneous tasks. Should time permit, there may be times when you have your own requisition, ideally executive-level or more strategic searches.
