Redherd is supporting an established cybersecurity consultancy hiring an Offensive Security Consultant for its Mozambique operation, based in Maputo. You would run authorised penetration tests across web applications, APIs, internal and external infrastructure and networks, validating findings by hand rather than trusting scanner output, and writing reports that explain business risk and practical fixes. Working Portuguese, spoken and written, is required, and French is a bonus. You must be based in Maputo with the right to work in Mozambique. Around two years of hands-on offensive security is the level, recognised pentest certifications are expected, and a strong junior with practical work will be considered. The role is office-based with flexible hours and some travel to client engagements. A practical technical assessment is part of the process. The package is discussed on the clearing call.
