We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin with strong expertise in CRM management, sales operations, and executive assistance to support a leading global crypto research and strategy platform. This role focuses on sales enablement, pipeline management, scheduling, follow-ups, member onboarding, and improving sales processes.

This is a full-time, fully remote role supporting the COO, Head of Sales, and sales team to streamline sales operations and support revenue growth. We are particularly interested in upper-mid-level to senior candidates who can work independently, take ownership of sales administration, and bring experience supporting international clients, especially those based in Australia and/or the United States.

Your Client

You'll be supporting a leading global crypto research and strategy platform founded in 2020, trusted by thousands of investors worldwide to simplify and demystify crypto investing. The company helps everyday investors and high-net-worth members build wealth with confidence through independent research, education, and one of Australia's most active investing communities. It also works with established industry partners, including Coinbase, Swyftx, and CoinSpot.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, executive assistance, or senior-level virtual assistance, ideally supporting a subscription-based or membership business.
Proven experience supporting international clients, particularly those based in Australia and/or the United States, with an understanding of their business practices and communication standards.
Strong hands-on CRM expertise, preferably with Pipedrive, including managing sales pipelines, deal stages, activities, follow-up sequences, reporting, and pipeline performance.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate professionally with international prospects, members, and senior stakeholders by phone and in writing.
Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams and executives, including coordinating sales activities, managing competing priorities, tracking performance, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor booking rates, show-up rates, conversion rates, follow-up completion, and progress against sales targets.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure all tasks and opportunities are followed through.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and independently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Experience improving sales processes and workflows, including developing templates, maintaining trackers, streamlining administrative tasks, and implementing automations where appropriate.
Strong judgement and discretion when handling confidential member, financial, commercial, and executive information.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, manage deadlines, and maintain reliable communication and productivity during agreed working hours.
