Precision & Integrity: Meticulous attention to detail with an uncompromised standard for audit readiness, clear paper trails, and data hygiene.

Nice to have:

Payment Processing Platforms: Practical experience managing payment gateways and merchant accounts via Stripe.
Spend Management Tools: Hands-on experience using corporate card and spend management platforms like Brex.
Industry Context: Direct bookkeeping experience within SaaS, subscription platforms, or recurring revenue business models.
CRM Integration: Familiarity with HubSpot to extract pipeline context, deal terms, and customer lifecycle data for accurate billing.
Modern Tech & Automation: A tech-forward mindset comfortable integrating AI tools, automated reconciliations, and workflow recipes (e.g., Zapier, modern accounting apps) into daily routines.
