If you're the person who makes a clinic feel welcoming the moment someone walks in, and you never let a detail slip in the diary, this one's for you.

At a glance

$35 per hour plus super on weekdays, with a higher rate on Saturdays
Permanent part time, Monday, Thursday, Friday and every second Saturday
Daytime hours, with Saturdays finishing early afternoon
Central Gold Coast, with parking on site and the light rail at the door

What's in it for you

A clinic people love coming back to. The nurses are booked weeks ahead and the front desk is a big part of why
Real room to grow. Team members have come from beauty and moved on to bigger things here
More days over time. Hours can increase for the right person
Weekends that work for you. Saturdays are every second week at a higher rate, or every Saturday if you'd like it
A Gold Coast lifestyle. Daytime hours, easy parking and the light rail between Broadbeach and Burleigh

The role

You'd keep the day running, from the first phone call to the rebooking on the way out. That means welcoming clients, managing bookings, the waitlist and cancellations, turning phone, email and Instagram enquiries into appointments, looking after packages, vouchers and retail, and holding the line on clinic policies like late cancellation fees, kindly but firmly.

What you'll need

Excellent customer service, with a warm manner that puts clients at ease
The confidence to enforce clinic protocols without losing the warmth
A proactive work ethic and great attention to detail
Aesthetics, skin or beauty clinic experience is preferred, though a strong background in high end client service will also be considered

How to apply

This search is being run personally by Michelle Mexted at Aesthetics Recruitment Australia. A lot of the people I place weren't looking when we first spoke, so if you'd rather have a quiet conversation before applying, call me on 0439 248 885. Everything is confidential and nothing goes to the clinic until we've spoken and you've agreed.
