JOIN TERRA AS AN LQA OPERATIONS LEAD! 🎮

We're looking for an experienced LQA Operations Lead based in LATAM to join Terra and lead our multilingual Localization Quality Assurance operations for a key video game client.

In this role, you'll lead a team of LQA Coordinators, supporting them in the day-to-day management of multilingual LQA teams while ensuring our operations run smoothly, consistently, and meet client expectations.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical LQA knowledge with leadership and operational skills. You'll need to understand the challenges behind testing localized games, guide coordinators when complex situations arise, and bring consistency across teams working in different languages and markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and support a team of LQA Coordinators responsible for multilingual LQA teams.
Provide guidance to Coordinators on daily operations, priorities, team organization, and complex situations.
Oversee LQA operations across multiple languages, making sure processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
Act as an escalation point for operational and technical issues that cannot be resolved at the Coordinator level.
Monitor team capacity, workload, coverage, attendance, and operational needs across different language teams.
Work closely with Coordinators to identify performance, quality, or operational challenges and define appropriate action plans.
Provide technical guidance on LQA processes, testing methodologies, bug reporting, tools, and workflows.
Coordinate priorities and resources according to project and client needs.
Identify opportunities to improve LQA processes, workflows, documentation, and team efficiency.
Support the onboarding and training of new LQA Coordinators and team members.
Collaborate with other Operations leaders and internal teams to maintain alignment across the account.
Monitor operational KPIs and use data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Help maintain clear and consistent communication across multicultural and multilingual teams.

Previous experience in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA) within the video game or localization industry.
Strong technical knowledge of LQA processes, testing methodologies, bug reporting, and QA workflows.
Previous experience leading or coordinating LQA teams, QA teams, or team coordinators.

Experience working with multilingual and multicultural teams.
Strong understanding of operational planning, resource allocation, capacity, and workload management.
Ability to analyze operational and quality issues and translate them into clear action plans.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Advanced English level (C1–C2).
LATAM based.
