Clay outbound specialist

A hands-on build and execution role. You turn campaign briefs and ICP requirements into accurate, highly targeted prospect lists, check their quality and launch the campaigns.

Remote · Latin America · Full-time · Independent Contractor · Monday to Friday · 8:30 AM-6 PM EST

Why this role exists

Our client is a full stack go-to-market agency that helps B2B SaaS founders build outbound pipeline and grow revenue, combining email and social outreach, founder content and hands-on sales support. This is a brand new role, where one person builds a list, another checks it and another launches it. You can do all three. You work closely with everyone. When a leader is not available, you make the call: you come with two possible solutions, not only a question.

What you'll own

Target account and contact lists built from detailed client ICPs and campaign briefs
Targeting requirements translated into clear data filters, using judgment on each situation instead of only following rules
Leads enriched with company, contact and campaign data using Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prospeo, Apollo, AI Ark and Blitz
Lists segmented, with customer lookalike audiences and TAMs built
Data cleaned and deduplicated
Every list checked before launch for company fit, correct titles, exclusions in place and no missing data
Campaigns uploaded into outbound platforms such as Email Bison and HeyReach
Monday.com and Slack kept updated throughout the day, so the team always knows where each task stands
AI agents such as Claude used effectively, with every output checked manually before it enters the system

Why this is interesting

You work with the entire team and take a list from the brief all the way to launch
Outbound campaigns for B2B SaaS founders
You use AI every day, with a team that expects you to understand concepts like MCPs and APIs and to know where AI falls short
A team that keeps up with the latest software and approaches, and expects you to do the same

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience building prospect lists, ideally in Clay
Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data platforms such as Prospeo, Apollo, AI Ark or Blitz
Logic and judgment: you decide based on the situation, not only based on a set of rules
You use AI well and know its limits, and you stay in the loop instead of offloading the work
You take initiative and bring solutions
You can jump between complex projects quickly and stay calm and focused
Clear communication: you acknowledge messages and keep Slack and the project board updated
Highly organized and growth minded
Strong written and spoken English

Bonus

Experience with Monday.com
Previous experience in an outbound or lead generation agency
Hands-on experience with Email Bison or HeyReach

What success looks like

First 90 days
You pick up tasks quickly and deliver accurate lists efficiently. You communicate clearly, stay organized and work well with every member of the team. You can take a list from the brief through the quality check and into the launch.

Ongoing
The results of your list building are the main measure of your work. You keep a high standard under pressure, make decisions on your own when the leaders are unavailable, and keep learning new tools and approaches that improve the team's campaigns.
