The role requires strong RC and diamond drilling experience, hands-on operational leadership, equipment and maintenance coordination, HSE management, cost control and client engagement. Candidates with 10+ years' drilling/mining experience, previous site management responsibility and proven experience working in remote or international operations are encouraged to apply.
