Job Description

Toast is recruiting on behalf of our client, an early-stage healthtech startup based in Toronto that is changing how clinicians work. Their AI-powered medical assistant removes the administrative burden that pulls clinicians away from patients, serving thousands of clinicians across Canada and the US and supporting millions of patient encounters every year. They are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to design, run, and scale growth experiments that uncover the most effective ways to acquire new healthcare organizations. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will combine data, customer insights, and creativity to find high-impact opportunities, test them across channels, and turn what you learn into repeatable systems that generate qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and measure growth experiments across acquisition channels to identify the highest-leverage opportunities for generating qualified pipeline
Own end-to-end execution of growth initiatives across paid, SEO, email, content, partnerships, webinars, and other acquisition channels, testing, learning, and iterating as you go
Define audience segments, messaging, and creative direction for campaigns
Launch and optimize paid media across channels
Build content funnels that convert, including blogs, landing pages, webinars, and nurture sequences
Analyze performance across channels to identify what drives growth and double down on what works
Continuously test new channels, creative concepts, and conversion paths

Requirements

4 to 8 years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience
Hands-on experience building and optimizing growth initiatives end-to-end, covering both strategy and execution
Experience personally launching campaigns across multiple acquisition channels such as paid, SEO, email, webinars, partnerships, and content
Strong data fluency, with the ability to independently analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend where to invest next
Daily comfort with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
A preference for running experiments over following playbooks
Experience in an environment with no existing marketing machine to inherit, and a drive to build systems from scratch
A strong interest in automation and AI-native demand generation, using tools to move faster and smarter
Ability to translate product benefits into clear, motivating campaign ideas that resonate with clinicians
A data-driven and creative approach, comfortable working from metrics and instinct alike
An understanding of how paid, organic, and content work together to create demand

Nice to haves

Experience at a scale-up or high-growth startup would be a plus
A background in healthtech or healthcare SaaS is considered an asset

Benefits

Annual base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications and experience
Comprehensive health and wellness coverage from day one
Hybrid work and flexible hours
Competitive PTO, including a winter shutdown from December 25 to January 1, time off for birthdays and work anniversaries, and extra long weekends
$2,000 annually in learning and development funds
Quarterly socials and company outings
Direct impact on patient care: the product saves clinicians more than 10 hours a week, time that goes back to their patients
Real ownership at an early-stage startup, where your work shapes the growth engine, the culture, and the future of the company
The chance to build with purpose on a product trusted with highly sensitive medical data by thousands of clinicians
