High-Ticket Sales Closer (Short-Term Rental Design & Coaching Ecosystem)

Position: High-Ticket Sales Closer (Inbound Closing & Strategic Partnerships)

Type: Full-Time Remote Contractor

Schedule: US Business Hours Alignment (EST/CST Focus)

Target Offshore Region: South Africa (SA)

Position Overview

We are seeking an articulate, tenacious, and administratively savvy High-Ticket Sales Closer in South Africa to take on warm inbound sales calls, manage prospect pipelines, and close high-value design and consulting packages.

In this seat, you will receive pre-qualified, warm prospect calls booked by our setter team via GoHighLevel (GHL). Your primary focus is conducting deep discovery, diagnosing property goals, and guiding investors through a 2-to-4-week consultative decision cycle to close high-ticket offers.

Additionally, because we hold our sales team to strict operational standards, you will maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, build systematic follow-up workflows, and allocate ~10% of your bandwidth toward B2B partnership outreach (connecting with property management systems like Hostfully, Lodgify, and local real estate groups) to secure repeat referral channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. High-Ticket Inbound Closing (~80%)

Consultative Discovery & Closing: Hop on 1-on-1 discovery calls via Google Meet / GoHighLevel with pre-qualified leads (investors, hosts, and repeat clients). Uncover deep motivations ("What would it mean for your STR to be successful?") and present tailored design/consulting packages.
Pipeline Management & Tenacious Follow-Up: Own prospect relationships over a 2-to-4-week sales cycle. Execute structured, multi-channel follow-up campaigns to convert pending leads into closed deals.
Warm & Referral Lead Conversion: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-converting referral business, organic inquiries, and warm brand leads to ensure a white-glove buying experience.

2. CRM Hygiene & Sales Operations (~10%)

GoHighLevel Operations: Maintain flawless deal records, log detailed discovery call notes, set follow-up tasks, and optimize backend pipeline stages inside GoHighLevel.
Self-Sufficiency: Work independently to build personalized follow-up sequences and workflows without needing daily oversight.

3. Strategic Partnerships & B2B Outreach (~10%)

Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound reachouts to Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hostfully, Lodgify, and local STR management firms to establish bulk design referral partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Location: Based in South Africa with a dedicated home office, fiber internet, and power backup (UPS/inverter).
Closing Track Record: 3+ years of high-ticket B2C or B2B closing experience (short-term rentals, real estate, high-ticket coaching, or agency services preferred).
Communication Mastery: Exceptional, native-level English fluency with a white-glove, consultative tone that builds immediate authority with US real estate investors.
CRM & Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Meet, and modern sales pipeline tools.
Tenacity & Discipline: Self-driven closing mentality—someone who loves thorough follow-ups, keeps CRM data clean, and takes full ownership of their quota.
