About the Company: We are a subscription-based creative service platform offering unlimited graphic design, custom illustrations, motion graphics, and presentation design for a flat monthly fee. We help global brands, agencies, and fast-growing businesses scale their design output with speed, quality, and consistency.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced, high-impact Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive retention, and ensure long-term satisfaction across our client portfolio. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our enterprise/high-growth clients and our internal design and operations teams. Creative Alignment & Briefing: Bridge client expectations with our creative teams by turning client requests into clear, actionable design briefs and ensuring delivered work aligns with client brand goals and requirements.
Workflow & Escalation Leadership: Monitor project delivery velocity, identify bottlenecks in design delivery, and handle high-level client feedback or complex requests with diplomacy and clarity.
Performance & Feedback Loops: Conduct regular client check-ins/business reviews, analyze account satisfaction metrics, and continuously gather feedback to optimize our service experience.

Qualifications:

Relevant Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager, Client Success Lead, or Agency Relationship Manager within a creative agency, design production studio, or tech/SaaS environment.

Retention & Growth Track Record: Proven experience managing client relationships, driving retention, and reducing churn in fast-paced environments.
Proactive Problem-Solver: High ownership, exceptional organization, and the ability to solve client problems independently while keeping project delivery on track.
