The Ideal Candidate

This would suit an experienced Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or strong hotel chef who is comfortable taking ownership of an early-morning service.

You'll be organised, reliable and confident working independently, with strong fresh-food skills and an understanding of the consistency required within a quality hotel operation.

Why This Role?

For someone who prefers breakfast and daytime-led kitchen work over predominantly evening restaurant services, this offers the opportunity to take ownership of an important part of an established 2 AA Rosette hotel operation.
