Customer Service Representative

Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.

At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it's about connecting humans with humans. We're a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with innovative U.S. direct-to-consumer brands — fully remote, through the busiest season of the e-commerce year.

You'll join TLNT's own customer support team, serving U.S. direct-to-consumer e-commerce partners from November 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027. That window covers peak season, when ticket volume climbs from steady to extremely high — and when great service makes the biggest difference to a brand's sales and reputation.

We're looking for a confident, customer-focused agent with 3+ years of experience supporting customers across multiple online channels. You'll answer customers primarily by email and live chat, solve their problems within the expected timeline, and follow up until each issue is truly resolved. You won't just close tickets: you'll help drive sales and build lasting customer relationships for the brands you support.

What You'll Do

Multi-brand support. Provide exceptional customer service across multiple partner brands.
Email and live chat. Reply to customer messages through helpdesk software (Commslary and Gorgias).
Peak-season volume. Manage ticket volumes that range from steady to extremely high during peak season.
Resolution. Listen carefully, handle each inquiry with the right solution within the expected timeline, and follow up to make sure it's resolved.
De-escalation. Stay courteous and calm at all times, especially when a situation gets stressful.
Root causes. Work with internal departments to resolve issues and find solutions to repeat problems.
Feedback loop. Report customer feedback and platform issues to improve the customer experience.
Retention. Build trust and lasting relationships with customers through open, interactive communication.
Performance. Meet or exceed team metrics and individual targets — and go the extra mile so customers leave happy.
